Shipping Costs

  • Shipping to Spain (Peninsula) is FREE for all our products.
  • Balearic Islands – 8,95€ – 2 to 4 days (depending on the Island)
  • Canary Islands – 9,95€ – 3 to 4 days
  • Portugal – 6,95€ – 24/48h
  • France and Germany – 7,95€ – 2 to 3 days
  • Italy, Belgium, Holland and Luxembourg – 8,95€ – 3 to 4 days
  • United Kingdom – 16,95€ – 4 to 5 days
  • Rest of Europe – 10,95€ – 4 to 5 days

Deliveries

  • We guarantee that you will receive your products within 24-48 working hours from the time the order is shipped. (Time only for the Iberian Peninsula)
  • We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time.

Returns and refunds

  • We will only accept returns through the integrated platform on the returns page.
  • We will proceed to refund 100% of the amount during the 14 calendar days from receipt of the product if it is defective from the factory and has not been used, we do not cover or accept returns for accidental damage or misuse of the product.
  • We will proceed to refund the amount of the product once it has been received in our warehouse and our team has checked if it is suitable for return.
  • The customer is responsible for all costs of the return.

  • If you need help with your size and you don’t know your size, you can consult our size guide.
  • All our jewelry comes with maximum protection to avoid any damage during shipment.
  • Changes of order details may affect the estimated delivery time.

Incorrect or incomplete shipments

  • Make sure that the shipping address is correct. We cannot guarantee delivery if this information is incorrect or incomplete.
  • If we verify that the information provided is not correct, we will contact you to correct it and/or request additional details.
  • Please note that changes to this data will affect the delivery date.
  • Orders that cannot be delivered on time due to incorrect or incomplete information do not qualify for returns.

Delivery to locations other than the usual place of residence

  • Deliveries to hospitals, companies, universities or public buildings are not guaranteed, although in most cases, they are carried out without any problem.
  • If your order is destined for any of these destinations, please provide us with a contact telephone number and all additional information necessary to ensure that the shipment actually reaches the final recipient.
